Constructed an exact duplicate of an Irish pub complete with ornate tin ceiling and walls, antique-replica bar, and full kitchen. Cullen's is connected to the 300-seat Mercury Theater, and both projects were completed simultaneously.

Gut rehab of former Bigsby's Bar and Grill into an avant-garde, garden-level space across the street from Lincoln Park. Finishes include: plaster vaulted ceilings, mahogany paneling and columns clad with hand-hammered steel panels, and custom steel and slate stairway built to mimic a Parisian Metro entrance.
